RLSS Report & Support Scheme

As an RLSS UK affiliated Club, Thanet Lifeguard Club supports the Report & Support scheme that is committed to making our the RLSS and its affiliated clubs an environment which is respectful and inclusive.

Acts of bullying, harassment, and discrimination are not acceptable.

Report and Support, is the RLSS UK’s online tool, aims to provide a fair, unbiased, confidential process that treats people with respect and empowers them to be heard. It is a standalone platform which allows staff, members, and candidates to report and find support related to any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination they may have experienced or witnessed.

If you or someone you know has experienced or witnessed any form of bullying, harassment or discrimination you can report it anonymously or you can provide your details by scanning of clicking the QR Code

Once you submit the disclosure, the form will be reviewed and sent to the Club, Training Provider, The RLSS UK Safeguard Team, or another appropriate member of the RLSS UK Team for investigation. The information will remain confidential and only disclosed if absolutely necessary and in accordance with current Data Protection Policy.
